A new build is only as good as the stages you don't see once it's finished: the setting out, the foundations, the structural detailing. We build to your architect's and engineer's drawings and manage the whole programme, from breaking ground to a finished, signed-off space, so you're not coordinating trades yourself.
How It Works
Pre-Start & Setting Out
We review the drawings and specification, agree the programme, and set out the building accurately on site.
Groundworks & Foundations
Excavation, drainage, and foundations to the engineer's design, inspected before we build off them.
Structure & Weathertight
Walls, floors, and roof taken to a watertight shell with windows and external doors in.
First Fix to Finish
Services, insulation, plastering, second fix, and final finishes, then snagging, testing, and handover with the paperwork in order.
What Does It Cost?
New build cost depends heavily on size, specification, site access, and ground conditions. We'll review the drawings and site and put together a detailed, itemised quote.
